Building Description
Income Requirement 2.5X the amount of rent. Not wheelchair accessible. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN. Rent and Deposit amount are subject to change. Monthly income must be 50% to 60% of AMI. Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blinds, double pane windows and carpeting. Secure entries. Security cameras. Playground. Assigned parking. Both buildings are identical in the number of units and descriptions. Total of 66 Family Units.
