Rent is POI, 30%. Mod Rehab housing for single homeless individuals (no children) whose income is less than 30% of median income. Will need Homeless Verification on Letterhead or Notarized letter stateent of homlessness. No minimum income requirement. Will take individuals on GA, SSI, SSA, employed, etc. Credit check and Criminal Background Check Fee is a nonrefundable $25. Does not accept Section 8. Accepts Vendor pay. Does not accept co-signers. May work with previous evictions if 7 years or more. Will work with Rental Assistance programs (RAP). Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Each unit is furnished with full bathroom, freestanding closet, refrigerator and microwave oven. All utilities are paid. Community kitchen with stove and eating area. Coin-op laundry onsite. Parking is on the street. Near Public Transportation and shops. No Pets. No Wheelchair accessible units. Applications may be picked up at CL Dellums, Monday – Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm. All applicants must be referred through a social services agency.
