The waiting list for studio and 1-bedroom units for Hillcrest Gardens opens on April 18, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 25, 2023.
Paper applications will also be available to pick up at 550 Hillcrest Avenue, Livermore, CA 94550 at the following times:
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 100 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on April 18, 2023 at 9:00 AM and close on April 25, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Please call (833) 434-0464 for assistance.

Units include stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, air conditioning & heating, vertical blinds, carpet and linoleum floors. On site coin-operated laundry. No parking fee. Tenants must pay own Cable.
