Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $33. Requires an income of 2.5X the amount of rent. Does not accept cosigner. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Will not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Requires a deposit of $500 for 1bdrm and a deposit of $600 for 2 bdrm. All units include gas stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and one parking space. Water and Garbage are paid. There are several rent ranges based on unit size. The highest priced 2 bedrooms include 2 baths. Near Public Transportation. Pets o.k. ONLY for seniors who live alone (must be caged or small)!
