HUD Subsidized Units for ages 62+. Maximum income requirement is $54,500 for 1 Person, $62,300 for 2 People, $70,100 for 3 People and there is no minimum income requirement. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 16, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Submit an application for an open slot on the waitlist. APPLY ONLINE at www.housing.acgov.org Units include: bath, electric stove and refrigerator. Property Amenities: Community Room with high-speed internet, Onsite laundry room facility, Limited Parking and Community Garden. (10) units are wheelchair accessible and have handrails in the bathroom, some with tiled floors and roll-in showers, others with carpets with full bath/shower. Total of 40 units.
