No fee for credit check. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. Does not accept co-signer. May work with previous evictions. Requires a deposit of $750. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). All units include:1 bath, stove and refrigerator. Garbage and water are paid. Coin operated laundry facilities are nearby. Street parking only. Near bus and BART. Near shops and schools. No pets.
