Subsidized units for Senior 62+. Deposit is $1025. No specific income requirements. To apply for these apartments, persons must have a Section 8 Voucher and must be 62 years of age or older. All units include: 1 bath, stove, & refrigerator. No onsite laundry facility. Limited Parking Area. No off-street parking on Lincoln St. Family Unification Program and Port-in transfers not eligible.
