Building Description
There are specific income requirements that depends on size of household. Call (925) 432-6161 for Minimum/Maximum Income Requirements. Wheelchair Accessible on First Floor. Deposit is a total of $900, but you put down $500 to hold the apartment and when you move in, you pay the rest of deposit of $400 plus the 1st month's rent. Unit includes: For 1 & 2 Bdrms: 1 Bath, For 3 & 4 Bdrms: 2 Baths. Stove, Refrigerator, Disposal, Onsite Laundry Facility, Wall-to-Wall Carpet, & Resident Parking. First floor units have individual entries. Private balcony or patio. Facility includes: landscaped grounds, onsite professional management. (Note: All cars must be registered in the name of the resident & must provide proof of current auto insurance and a valid driver's license.)
- Water, Garbage and gas are paid.
- Credit Check Fee is a $35 per adult.
- Section 8 Welcome.
