Bordered on three sides by small side streets, the Beltline property sits at its rear. Nearby amenities include Parrot Village (which includes playgrounds) and the City's Bay/Eagle Community Garden (call 510-747-4317 to be placed on the waiting list for the garden). Amenities that are within a few blocks include Littlejohn Park, a small business district on Lincoln Avenue between Morton and St. Charles streets, the Mastick Senior Center, and major bus lines are 4 blocks away. This complex has professional landscape services that maintain the common area shrubbery and trees once a week and an on-site resident manager.
