Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $35. Income required is 2.5Xs the amount of rent. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $800. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, blinds, carpet, patio, front and back yard, cable ready, wall heating and assigned parking. Water and Garbage are paid. Near Public Transportation. No Pets.
