Credit Check Fee is $20. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. Does not accept co-signer. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1,000. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). House includes: 1 bath, stove/oven, refrigerator, living room, laundry area inside, garage parking, storage, new carpet, fenced yard, Inquire regarding utilities. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. Cat allowed. Not wheelchair accessible. One year lease then month to month. Obtain application at Open House on THURSDAYS and SUNDAYS at NOON. Must submit Proof of Income with application
