6/24/2019 - BHA does not own or manage any buildings. BHA has a long term contract with developers to have a certain number of PB units at their sites. BHA manages the PBWLs for the PB units (except for Harmon Gardens which is managing an on-site PBWL for emancipated youth) and BHA provides rental subsidy on behalf of the PB tenants.
