Maximum income requirements: $27,450/ year or $2,287/mo. and Minimum monthly income Approximately $915 for each individual. Rent is 30% of SSI or of actual income, whichever is higher. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Rooms include: Mini fridge and basic furniture (such as beds and dresser). House includes: 2 Baths, kitchen w/stove, refrigerator, extra storage locker for each resident, landscaped backyard. Services: Experienced support staff and property management staff to work w/residents to maintain long-term housing. .
