Building Description
There is a $35.00 nonrefundable Application Processing fee for each adult. Income requirement is 2.5X the amount of the rent. Must have positive credit & rental history. No section 8. No Vendor Pay. May accept Cosigner if the client has no credit. Cosigners are not accepted if the applicant has negative credit or insufficient income. Cosigner Requirements: Live and own property in Alameda County; Positive credit history. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $2000. Will not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). House includes: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, breakfast nook, carpet, linoleum, hardwood floors in bedrooms, living room w/fireplace, formal dining room, central heating, washer/dryer (as is), Cable Ready, Backyard. Two-car garage for off street parking. Tenant pays all utilities. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. No Pets.
