To be eligible for a unit, individuals must meet Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) eligibility criteria. Must have a documented serious mental health issue and are currently homeless or currently enrolled in an Alameda County Full Service Partnership (FSP) program. Ashland House is a 3-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath shared housing. Individual tenant has private bedroom, share the common areas for the house including the kitchen and bathroom facilities. The common living spaces and individual bedrooms are furnished with basic furniture and household items, including tables, chairs, bed frames, mattresses, dressers, and cooking and dining essentials.
