Bed - Room Share - MEN ONLY 55 or older - Rent $850 / Deposit $1,700 - Must have verifiable income. Evictions OK. Not wheelchair accessible. Shared Housing Fully Furnished: Two People per Room. Share. a 4-Bedroom/1 bath home. Facilities include: Full use of kitchen (stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer etc.) & living-room. Tenants purchase own food and toiletries. Front and Backyard. Backyard great for barbecuing, lounging, studying. House is fully furnished. . Off Street Parking. Outside Smoking Section. OPEN HOUSE WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS FROM 4:00 P.M. TO 5:00 P.M.
