Accepts GA, SSI and SSA. or Employed. No Deposit. Rent Scale is: If you go to their Outpatient Program $270. If you choose another outpatient program that is not with their agency $300. When employed, rent will be $400. Please inquire as amounts may have changed. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). This is a tri-plex building with two rooms per unit for Men who are recovering from Drugs & Alcohol only. Must be independent, have a daily routine and can manage day to day activities. All utilities included. Length of stay is 2 years, will negotiate longer stay. Life skill Counseling provided. Near Public Transportation. No Pets. Not wheelchair accessible. Smoking allowed outside only.
