Building Description
Monthly rent is $400 (studio), $550 (one-bedroom), and $625 (two-bedroom). Dep. is 1X the amount of rent. Minimum Income Requirement is 1.6X the amount of rent for Fixed Incomes and 2X the rent for Non-Fixed Incomes. All units are for households who are extremely low-income, which is 30% Area Median Income (AMI) and designed to address homelessness through permanent supportive housing. Maixmum Income Limits:

- 4 – Persons $42,850
- 5 – Persons $46,300

Applications are accepted November 9th thru 27th, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Cedar Community Apartments is one of Abode Services’ supportive housing apartment buildings in Alameda County. Units include: Private full bathroom, kitchen with Refrigerator and Stove/Oven, living room. Serviced by elevator. Common areas include: community room, laundry, landscaped open space, and gated parking lot on a first come first served basis – no assigned parking. Smoke Free Building-Allowed Outside Only. Site-based case management services.
