Deposits are 1X the amount of rent. All household members must be age 62+. Minimum Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. All income and assets must be verifiable. Must currently reside in a nursing facility (not applicable to HOPWA). Wheelchair-Yes. Maximum annual income for 50% AMI units is $50,000. Units include: Bath, Stove and Refrigerator. Amenities: Community room w/limited kitchen, Lobby area, Billiard room, Business center,Fitness center/gym, Libray, Garden, Outdoor courtyard, BBQ area.
- Water and garbage are paid.
- Application fee amount $25.
