Building Description
Income Requirement is 3X the amount of rent. Not Wheelchair Access. FICO Score of 650 or above. Unit includes 1 Bath, Gas Stove, Refrigerator, Hardwood Floors, Living Room w/ Skylight, Glass French Doors, Washer/Dryer, Cabinets, Shared Private Yard, Bedrooms are 190 sf & 110 sf Wall to Wall Carpet. Street Parking Only.
- Owner pays Garbage and Yard Maintenance. Tenant pays all other utilities.
- Credit Check Fee is $40 per application for age 18 & over.
- Does not accept Cosigners.
