Building Description
1 Bedroom. Rent $1795/Dep. $1795. Income Requirement is 3Xs the amount of rent in gross income or more. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Unit includes: 1 bath, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, fireplace, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, and balcony. There is a community pool, hot tub and clubhouse. A $150.00 lease preparation fee will be charged to your account and will need to be paid before moving into the property.
