The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda has opened the housing wait list for Linnet Corner. APPLY ONLINE or DOWNLOAD APPLICATION at https://housing.acgov.org/listings
The application period will close on April 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Studio Apts. for Seniors age 62 & Over. MIn. Income Requirement 1.5X the rent. Wheelchair Inquire. All units are Ada adaptable. Deposit $500. The $100 holding deposit will be applied to the security deposit when the tenant moves in. Unit’s Amenities: Each 400 square foot studio apartment features an individual bathroom and kitchen (with refrigerator). Units aren’t furnished. Property Amenities: Onsite Laundry, Community Room, Secure Bicycle Parking on each floor, Elevator, Pet Friendly, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Resident Services, Onsite Manager, Onsite Case Management, and Central Outdoor Courtyard with BBQ Area. Services Offered: Resident Services are available onsite. Each Head of Household will receive one transit pass (Clipper BayPass).
