Building Description
Shared Housing - 2 Person Room (Beds) - Rent $1000. Deposit Inquire. No minimum income requirement. Single Male and Single Female accepted. Prefer Seniors. Evictions OK. Share a fully furnished, shared housing with access to a fully featured kitchen and common areas. Unit includes Stove, Refrigerator, Disposal, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. Parking is in the back and driveway. 3 meals a day and supportive services are included.
- Electric, Gas, Heat, Garbage and Water are paid by Owner.
- No Credit or Background Check.
- May work with Cosigner.
- May work with Section 8.
