EBALDC's 2018 Annual Marketing Waiting List CLOSED for Below Market Rate Affordable Housing units (Non-PBS8) beginning 4/2/18 to 4/8/18. Everyone encouraged to apply. Income and other restrictions apply.
Pre-applications will be accepted ONLINE only betweenMonday, April 2, 2018, 12:00 A.M. to Sunday, April 8, 2018, 11:59 P.M. Submit a completed Online Pre-Application at http://www.ebaldc.org/how-to-apply Select only the properties that you are interested in and are qualified for.
For information you may also call the 24-hour Marketing List Information Hotline at (510) 606-1857. For Reasonable Accommodation, please call (510) 761-9129 between 3/26 and 4/8/18 to request a paper pre-application. FOR REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION ONLY. Pre-applications must be postmarked by 4/8/18. All applicants chosen for the 2018 Annual Marketing List will be notified by mail.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON THE 2017 ANNUAL MARKETING LIST
If you want to continue to be considered for vacant BMR units at EBALDC properties, you will need to reapply. At the end of April, 2018, the 2017 Annual Marketing List will be archived and no longer used to lease vacant units. When you apply to the 2018 List you will receive a new reference number and a new random order will be established.
