Eligibility
· Head of household must be at least 18 years or older or legally emancipated at the time of application.
The waiting list for Tax-Credit 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units at Fairmount Apartments opens on February 21, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 28,
2024. Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:
· Thursday, February 22, 2024, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
· Monday, February 26, 2024, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Paper applications must be postmarked by February 28, 2024 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on March 6, 2024.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on February 21, 2024 at 9:00 AM and close on February 28, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Please call the number above for assistance.

WAIT LIST OPEN
1 and 2 bdrm. Rent 30% of income. Deposit equal to rent. No Min. Income. One wheelchair accessible unit. Units include: stove, refrigerator and garbage disposals, computer lab, controlled access, onsite property management and supportive services, coin-operated laundry facility on site. There is a Waitlist for Parking.
- Water and Garbage are paid.

- Does not accept cosigner.
