Building Description
Rent/Dep. amounts-Inquire. Income Requirements apply. Monthly income must be below 60% AMI. Wheelchair accessible. Minimum Income Requirements are as follows: Fixed Income: At least 1.6 times the monthly rent. Other Income: At least 2 times the monthly rent. There is no minimum income requirement for households with Section 8 assistance or similar subsidy. Exceptions to the minimum income requirement may be made on a case by case basis. MUST INQUIRE REGARDING RENT AMOUNTS AND INCOME REQUIREMENTS DUE TO THEY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Due to Covid-19, in-person pick up and drop off is not allowed. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher (Only for 2, 3, & 4 Bdrm Units), Disposal, Parking (Limited) Coin-operated Laundry Facilities. Households with a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) / Housing Support Program (HSP) are welcome to apply.
