Building Description
Subsidized units for low-income individuals, families,physically or mentally disabled. Minimum monthly income is 2.5x rent, All potential residents must qualify based on annual income (including income from assets), household size, and credit and rental history. Unit includes: Bath, Stove and refrigerator, garbage disposal, wall to wall carpet, drapes, laundry room onsite and onsite parking. Gate guard. Smoke Free Building. Total of 200 units in building.

Keller Plaza Apartments is comprised of 6 three-story buildings with a total of 201 units.
Applications received by 9:00 PM; May 20th PST will be entered in a lottery; this is not a first-come, first-served process. You will be informed of your wait list postilion within 120 days.
