The City of Pleasanton, in coordination with St. Anton Multifamily, is opening the Waiting Lists for the One-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units at the Hacienda at ST. Anton Apartments located at 5723 West Las Positas Blvd. in Pleasanton.
The Waiting Lists will be open for Pre-Applications beginning
Friday, September 12th through Friday, September 26th, 2025
Applicants must submit a Pre-application for placement on the Waiting Lists.A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine the Waiting Lists order for the One-Bedroom BMR units, per the City Preference System for Pleasanton residents and employees for City-assisted affordable housing developments.
Applicants must meet the maximum income limits and household size requirements. A pdf version of the flyer and pre-application are available here.

Income Requirement is 2X the rent. There is no minimum income requirement for Section 8 applicants. Income Limit is 50% of AMI. Unit includes Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Amenities: Pool, Fitness Room, Tot Lot, Community Room w/ Kitchen, BBQ/Picnic Area, Storage Room, Off Street Parking, Community Vegetable Garden, Fenced Pet Area.

- May work with Deposit/Rental Assistance Programs.
