Waiting list is open for 1,2 and 3 bedroom units.  Income levels 20%, 30% and 60% AMI.  Rents range from $509. –  $2961.

February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit

www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online

applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2026.

  • Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available for pick up at 1721

University Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94703 at these times: Wednesday, February 11, 2026: 9am –12pm, 1pm –

4pm; Wednesday, February 18, 2026: 9am – 12pm, 1pm – 4pm. Paper applications must be mailed to the

address listed on the application and received by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2026.

  • A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be

placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to

process the next applications in lottery order.

  • Only complete and original applications will be accepted. Only one application per household. Duplicate

applications will not be entered into the lottery. The 24-hour support phone line will open on February

11, 2026 at 9:00 AM and close on February 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Please call the phone number above or

  • We will evaluate the individual circumstances of each application, will consider additional information

submitted by the applicant, and will provide reasonable accommodations when requested, verified, and

necessary. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Unit includes: Wide doorways/hallways; low countertops, cabinets, and keyholes; extra floor space to accommodate a wide turning radius; roll-in showers. Play structure for children and 4th floor terrace, with views of the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge. Assigned parking.

  • Water, garbage and PGE are paid.
  • Credit and background check is free
  • Section 8 Welcome
