Open Waiting Lists for Two and Three-Bedroom BMR Units:
Hacienda by ST. Anton Apartments

The City of Pleasanton, in coordination with St. Anton Multifamily, is opening the Waiting Lists for the Two-Bedroom & Three-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units at the Hacienda at ST. Anton Apartments located at 5723 West Las Positas Blvd. in Pleasanton.

The Waiting Lists will be open for Pre-Applications beginning
Friday, February 13 through Friday, February 27th, 2026

Applicants must submit a Pre-application for placement on the Waiting Lists.

A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine the Waiting Lists order for the Two-Bedroom & Three-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units, per the City Preference System for Pleasanton residents and employees for City-assisted affordable housing developments.

Applicants must meet the maximum income limits and household size requirements.

Emailed or faxed Pre-Applications will not be accepted.
Only 1 application may be submitted per household.

No exceptions or consideration will be given to Pre-Applications received after the deadline date; though Pre-Applications postmarked February 27, 2026 will be accepted.

Income Requirement is 2X the rent. Income Limit is 50% of AMI. Unit includes Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Amenities: Pool, Fitness Room, Tot Lot, Community Room w/ Kitchen, BBQ/Picnic Area, Storage Room, Off Street Parking, Community Vegetable Garden, Fenced Pet Area.

  • Check Fee is $50.
  • Section 8 Welcome.

  • Does not accept Cosigner.
  • No Evictions.
  • May work with Deposit/Rental Assistance Programs.
