The waiting list for studio and1-bedroom Project Based Voucher units at Beth Asher opens on May 1, 2024, at9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 8, 2024.
Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:

· Monday, May 6, 2024, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to 3649 Dimond Ave, ATTN:Manager, Oakland, CA 94602. Paper applications must be postmarked by May 8, 2024,AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on May 15, 2024.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on May 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM and close on May 8, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Please call the number above for assistance.

Subsidized housing for low and very low-income Seniors 62+. Income must not exceed 50% of the median area income.
Studio and 1 Bdrm Apt - Rent 30% of Income. Deposit equals the rent. No Minimum Income Requirement. Total Household Income must not exceed: 1person: $47,950. 2 persons: $54,800. 3 persons: $61,650. The head-of-household must be 62 or older at the time of application. Wheelchair OK. Wait lists Open. Units include bath, stove,refrigerator, and carpeting. Community Room and Outdoor Patio by the creek. Onsite Property Management and Supportive Services including Transportation. Limited parking. 50-Unit Property.
