For information on eligibility, click on the link to the flyer below:Eligibility: Head of household must be 62 years or older at the time of application. The waiting list for studio units at St. Patrick's Terrace opens on January 31, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 7, 2024.
Paper applications will be available online to print. Paper applications must be postmarked by February 7, 2024 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on February 14, 2024. Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:
Thursday, February 1, 2024, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday, February 2, 2024, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Tuesday, February 6, 2024, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The first 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
The 24-hour support phone line will open on January 31, 2024 at 9:00 AM and close on February 7, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Please call (888)719-3397 for assistance.
