Unit includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Laundry Room Onsite, Garage Parking for One Car Only. There is also street parking at curbside painted blue in front of apartment. Please note that although none of these apartments are wheelchair accessible, and all apartments are located above the ground floor, differently disabled people are welcome to apply. There is a small hydraulic lift elevator in the building, but it is not wheelchair accessible.
