James Lee Court is a twenty-six unit housing complex in North Oakland. Common areas include an open court area, gated parking, laundry facilities, a community room, and support services. Accessible units are available for individuals with mobility impairments. Other accessibility modifications may also be requested. Unit Amenities: Wall Heater, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove. A randomized lottery will determine the order of the waitlist. Available units are one-bedroom and three-bedroom units. All units are subject to OHA’s occupancy standards. All units are restricted to 50% Area Median Income. Maximum income limits apply. Income limits are based on household size.
