Minimum Income 2X the rent. There is no minimum income requirement for applicants with Section 8 vouchers. Units include: Bath, Electric Stove Top, Balcony/Patio, Emergency Call Systems. No Dishwasher and No Microwave in units. Community Amenities: Community Room with Kitchen, On-site Laundry Facilities, Elevators, Onsite Management, Currently no parking available at the property, but there is a separate waitlist for parking. Applicants can submit a Reasonable Accommodation request for parking. Gated Courtyard. There is street parking available around the building. Across from BART and near downtown shopping. ADA units available. Wheelchair Accessible. Property has Mobility and Hearing/Visual accessible units with limited availability. Total of 85 Units.
