Phase I of Innovia Apartments includes 158 units to be leased to very low-income and low-income households. Preference will be given to those currently residing or working in Fremont (verification required). Move-in dates anticipated to begin in June/July 2020. Application Period: April 23, 2020 to May 12, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE SUBMISSIONS. You can submit your application any time before the deadline; it is not first come, first served. Application fee is $40 to be paid online when submitting the application. For those submitting paper applications, a cashier’s check or money order should be attached. Application fees are refundable for applications that do not move forward in the selection process. Selection Process
Applicants who submit an application and qualify for the units will be included in a lottery process where they will be randomly selected to move forward in the application process. St. Anton Communities will notify all selected applicants of their status by email/phone. The date of the lottery is scheduled for May 18, 2020.

Placing a hold on an apartment does not guarantee approval but shall take the selected unit off the market while the application is processed. Applications received when no apartments are available will be placed on an interest list.
Income Limits (effective April 2020; subject to change) To qualify, applicants cannot exceed the annual gross income listed below based on their household size:

2 person household: $62,640
3 person household: $70,500
4 person household: $78,300

Studio: $1,091 to $1,320
1-bedroom: $1,160 to $1,405
2-bedroom: $1,383 to $1,677
