Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop-off at RCD’s Fox Courts at 555 19th Street in Oakland, 9AM – 4PM, Monday – Friday. Paper applications will also be available on the Doorway Housing Portal and can be mailed in to: Longfellow Corner, c/o PO Box 194404, San Francisco, CA 94119. All applications must be received by the application deadline.
