Casa Suenos will offer 181 units of affordable housing consisting of studios, 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments. 29 units will be subsidized by the Project Based Section 8 Program by the Oakland Housing Authority.  46 units are set aside for supportive housing and two units are reserved for on-site staff.  Income and other restrictions will apply.Amenities include a Community Room with Kitchen and free WIFI, Computer Lab, Courtyard with Playground, Community Garden, BBQ Area, Picnic Area, Laundry Room, Limited Parking and Bike Parking.

  • Rents include water and garbage; tenants are responsible for all other utilities including electricity, phone, and cable.
  • Credit Check Fee is $9 per applicant age 18 & over.  Due at interview.
  • No Background Check.
