Paper applications will be available to pick up at 2425Shattuck Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704 at these times: Tuesday, September 13, 2022, 9am – 12 noon and Wednesday, September 14, 2022, 9am – 12 noon. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by September 20, 2022 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on September 27, 2022. Amenities include: Units include oven, stove, refrigerator and under-cabinet microwaves. This is a four story building with a rooftop deck, laundry room, community room, some storage space and onsite resident manager’s unit and office. No onsite parking. .
