· Head of household must be a Veteran and 18 years or older at the time of application.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom Tax-Credit units at Valor Village opens on August 14, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 4, 2024.

Paper applications are NOT available at the property site. Paper applications will be available to pick up at the off-site location: 540 21st Street, Oakland, CA 94612 during the following times:

· Tuesday, August 27, 2024: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1 pm – 4:30 pm.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. Minimum income figures are subject to change. Rent amounts are subject to change. Income Limits are subject to change. Car and bike parking spaces, Community room with a kitchen, Computer stations, Laundry facility, Outdoor courtyard, and Children’s playground. Off-street parking is limited and is not guaranteed. If you are not assigned a parking space, you may request to be added to the parking lot waiting list.

Valor Village is subject to the live/work preference approved by City of Pinole to provide preference for households with at least one member who lives or works in the County of Contra Costa.
