The apartments at Century Village have income and rent levels based on 30%, 45%, 50% and 60% of Area Median Income. One-bedroom apartments can be occupied by 1 to 3 persons, and two-bedroom apartments can be occupied by households of two to five people. As an example, the 30% AMI income limit is $32,700 for a one-person household and $37,400 for a two-person household (this is also the HOPWA maximum) and the one-bedroom rent is $876. In addition, applicant households must meet the minimum income requirements set at two (2) times the rent for the unit.

Printed applications can be picked up at the rental office at 41299 Paseo Padre Parkway during office hours. Completed applications can be dropped off at, or mailed to, the rental office. Online applications can be submitted at https://www.midpen-housing.org/property/century-village/. Note: According to the marketing flyer and FAQ sheet, both the one-and two-bedroom waitlists are open but the website states that only the 1-bedroom waitlist is open.
Resident selection preferences are offered to current Fremont residents; residents currently living in the Tri-Cities Area (Fremont, Newark & Union City); members of households that have been displaced by the City of Fremont; households with member(s) who require a unit that is accessible to persons with mobility, vision and hearing disabilities; current holders of a Housing Choice Voucher; and participants in Fremont’s Housing Scholarship Program.
