Deposit equal to rent.  No Min. Income.  Wheelchair OK. The waiting list for 1, 2, and 3-bedroom Project Based Voucher units at Adeline Lofts opens on November 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on December 3, 2025.

Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop off at 1131 24th Street, Oakland, CA 94607 at the following times:
  • November 20 and November 21, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • November 24 and November 25, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • December 2 and December 3, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Paper applications will be available online to print.
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received at the address listed on the application by December 3, 2025.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 400 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
