Clinton Commons is a beautifully designed affordable housing community that provides 55 affordable one, two, three and four bedroom apartments in Oakland’s Eastlake/Lower San Antonio District. Common areas include drought-resistant landscaped courtyards, community room and onsite laundry facilities. There is parking spaces and bicycle storage area. Units include: Bath, Stove, refrigerator, carpeting & flooring and efficient hydronic heating.
  • Water and Garbage are paid. Tenant pays electricity.
  • Credit check and application fee is $28. (There is no fee for pre-applications).
  • ​Section 8, including Housing Choice Vouchers and other recognized rental assistance programs, will be considered for this property. In the case of a valid rental subsidy, the required minimum income will be based on the portion of the rent that the tenant pays after use of the subsidy.
