Rent Maximum $373/Dep. $300- Inquire. Income Requirement is 40% and below AMI. PBV Units Rent is 30% of income. Income and other qualifications apply. ADA Accessible; wheelchair accessible. Must be at least 55 years old. Units are subsidized through the Local Housing Assistance Program (LHAP) and/or the Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program of the Oakland Housing Authority. Mailed pre-applications must be postmarked by Friday, December 15, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. Apply online at https://housing.acgov.org/listings . SRO Units include: Some have Private Bathrooms and others have Bathrooms Shared between two units. Option of having furnished room. Rooms includes: twin size bed, table, dresser, chair, mini refrigerator and 2 burner cooktop. Rooms have sinks. Room key is free, but will be charged for new key if lost or locked out. Each floor has a coin-operated washer and dryer and a comfortable lounge area. Enclosed landscaped courtyard with a community garden. Free cable. Street parking only. Smoking in rooms only.
