Building Description
Rent is 30% of Income. Deposit 1X the rent.No min. income. Wheelchair OK. Head of household must be 62 years or older at the time of application. The waiting list for studio and 1 bedroom units at Linda Glen opens on June 22, 2022 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on June 29, 2022. Paper applications will also be available to pick up at 32 Linda Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 at the following times:
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on June 22, 2022 at 9:00 AM and close on June 29, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Please call (844) 686-1883 for assistance.
