The head-of-household must be 62 years or older, be a disabled adult with a long term chronic health condition, and be at-risk of homelessness per MHP Regulation Section 7341 (for a Supportive Housing unit). Special Set-Asides
St. Andrew’s Manor has 21 units reserved for seniors who have a long term chronic health condition and are at-risk of being homeless. St. Andrew’s Income must not exceed 30% of the median area income. Credit Check is Required-No Fee. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include stove, refrigerator, and carpeting. Limited parking lot: $5/mo. Electric, Heat, Water, Garbage are paid. Accepts small pets with a deposit of $200 for uncaged animals. Near Public Transportation. Wheelchair accessible. Priority is given to people who meet the Federal Preference requirements. Those who don’t meet preference get put at bottom of the list. Special Set-Asides: There are a certain number of units reserved for households where the head-of-household is disabled
with a long term chronic health condition, and at-risk of homelessness.
