Eligibility:
· Head of household or Co-Head must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
· Head of household or Co- Head must have a long-term chronic health condition AND is currently homeless or is at-risk of homelessness.
Only a certain number of units are reserved for this population.
The waiting list for studio and 1-bedroom units at St. Andrew’s Manor opens on October 18, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on October 25, 2023. Paper applications will be available online to print. Paper applications must be postmarked by October 25, 2023 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on November 1, 2023. Paper applications will also be available to pick up at the property at the following times:
• Wednesday October 18, 2023, 9am – 5pm
• Friday, October 20, 2023, 9am – 5pm
• Tuesday, October 24, 2023, 9am – 5pm
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.

The head-of-household must be 62 years or older, be a disabled adult with a long term chronic health condition, and be at-risk of homelessness per MHP Regulation Section 7341 (for a Supportive Housing unit). Special Set-Asides
St. Andrew’s Manor has 21 units reserved for seniors who have a long term chronic health condition and are at-risk of being homeless. St. Andrew’s Income must not exceed 30% of the median area income. Wheelchair accessible. Units include stove, refrigerator, and carpeting. Limited parking lot: $5/mo. Priority is given to people who meet the Federal Preference requirements. Those who don’t meet preference get put at bottom of the list. Special Set-Asides: There are a certain number of units reserved for households where the head-of-household is disabled
with a long term chronic health condition, and at-risk of homelessness.
- Electric, Heat, Water, Garbage are paid.
- Credit Check is Required-No Fee.
