Deposits are $500 for 1 bdrm/1 Bath; $600 for 2 bdrm/1 bath & 2 Bdrm/2 bath; $700 for 3 Bdrms. Income requirement is 2.5x the rent. Wheelchair - Yes. Coin and App-Operated Laundry facility on site. Covered parking. Amenities: Clubhouse, Emergency Maintenance, Extra Storage, Hot Tub, On Site Maintenance, On Site Management, Playground and Pool.
