Building Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Livermore (LHA) will open the wait list for 5 Project-Based Voucher (PBV) properties starting on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.
It will close on Wednesday, April 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. or until a sufficient number of applications are received, whichever occurs later.

Leahy Square: 3203 Leahy Way Livermore, CA 94550 – 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 bedrooms
Chestnut Square Family: 1665 Chestnut St. Livermore, CA 94551 – 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms Chestnut Square Senior: 1661 Chestnut St. Livermore, CA 94551 – 0 & 1 bedrooms (senior is 62 and older and must be head of household or co-head of household)
Carmen Ave: 2891 & 2895 Carmen Ave. Livermore, CA 94550 – 0, 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms
Stoney Creek: 5896 East Ave. Livermore, CA 94550 – 2 & 3 bedrooms

Units include: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer Hookups, 1 Assigned Parking. Water and Garbage are paid. Pets under 30lbs. are accepted. Pet Deposit is $200. There are 6 units Wheelchair accessible.
