Building Description
SENIOR HOUSING. NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. ADA Accessible. Minimum income requirement is $23,000 a year for Studios and $35,000 for 1 Person. Income limits and other qualifications apply. RENT AMOUNTS AND INCOME REQUIREMENTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Must be Age 62 or Over. Minimum requirement does not apply if household receives Section 8 or similar assistance. Units include: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, some units have a balcony, Parking (limited), Coin-operated Laundry Facilities. Birds & Fish allowed. Community Amenities: Elevator, Community Room, Courtyard/Garden. Monthly free food bags, Bingo/movie/game nights. 67 units: 10-Studios, 50-1BD, 7-2BD; Below Market Rate units.
