Building Description
Application Processing fee is $35 non-refundable (cash only) per adult. Requires income of 2.5 the rent. Accepts co-signer if no credit. No Section 8. No vendor pay. Requires established positive credit and rental history. Will work with bankruptcies over 4 years old but must pay double deposit. No evictions. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. This 2 level home includes 2 baths, hardwood floors, gas stove, refrigerator, 2 car garage, blinds, fireplace in living room, front and back yard for residents to maintain and washer / dryer hook -ups. No pets. Tenant pays all utilities. Available now.
